We regularly run Client Wisdom Circles on mental health in the workplace giving attendees an opportunity to hear real stories from the frontline and the practicalities of supporting good mental health in the workplace. These conversations help destigmatise mental health and give you evidence-based tips for supporting colleagues and employees.

We have sponsored Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training and certification for our entire workforce over the past 3 years, with over 70% of our team now certified, including coaches and resume writers.

RiseSmart’s MHFA certified transition team members conduct a wellbeing check-in at the initial participant engagement touch point and our coaches provide continuous mental health support, when required.

We consider the coach match carefully, based on profession, level, life stage, future preferences (if shared during the initial wellbeing call) and other demographic information supplied.

We promote and embrace different ways of working and support employees who wish to engage in part time, gig or contract work. Participants can press 'pause' on their program at any time to attend to personal matters, engage in training, take a secondment or gig, and reconnect and continue their program when ready. We adapt our blended delivery to their personal situation to ensure inclusion. RiseSmart specialises in blended learning workshops, delivered with excellence and consistency. We are committed to providing equal access to workshop content whether by face-to-face delivery, web conferencing or self-paced options. We are always exploring how technology can scale our workshop delivery and increase the learning outcomes for all participants.

All workshop content is available in interactive webinars, on-demand digital video and face-to-face workshops. Employees have unlimited choice and can register for a SmartSession via the Events tab on their RiseSmart platform. By participating in the suite of SmartSessions, participants can experience up to an additional 30-hours of group coaching.

We have delivered hundreds of workshops on client sites, internally and via web conferencing in Australia and New Zealand. Our transition services team is a ‘well-oiled machine’ in managing the rollout of all workshops which includes client and facilitator briefings, client-guides, pre-work, post-work, evaluations and reporting.

Our web conferencing option allows us to deliver all workshop content to any participant in Australia and New Zealand. Our facilitators are specifically trained in virtual delivery, including the use of virtual break-out rooms, that allow our workshop participants to discuss key topics or complete activities. This capability ensures that our participants maintain the highly interactive nature of our knowledge and skills workshops while being delivered virtually.

Our preference is the web conferencing platform ZOOM. We also have a range of self-paced modules and on-demand modules to cover the content of the workshop should a participant be unable to attend.
